KARACHI – Robbers on Friday looted around Rs2,59,000 from a private bank branch in Keamari area on Friday within the limits of Jackson police station.
Police officials said that the culprits later managed to escape with the looted amount Rs2,59,000 and with the gun of a security guard.
Police have obtained the CCTV footage from the bank, adding that the culprits were talking with each other in Pashtu.
Both the security guards were detained as police suspected their involvement in the robbery. The police have registered a case against unidentified persons on the complaint of bank manager Saad Raza.
