At least nine people were killed in firing incidents in different parts of Karachi.

Target killing continues in Karachi as nine more people, including an activist of a religious party, were killed in different localities of the city.
According to details, some unidentified target killers shot dead Abbas Qadri in Sarjani Town area. Police said the deceased was an activist of a religious party.
Some unidentified gunmen shot dead Azhar in Gulshan Iqbal while three people were killed in firing incidents in Lyari and Korangi areas.
In another incident of target killing, two people were shot dead in Orangi Town area while a man named Nasim was killed in Faqeer Colony of the same locality.
Meanwhile six persons sustained injuries in firing incidents in Ghas Mandi, Maripur, Orangi and Lee Market. Police have arrested an accused involved in firing.
