KARACHI - Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that recent report about human rights violations and lawlessness in Punjab is a slap in the face of Sharif bothers, who are igniting the people against the PPP government.In a statement issued here on Monday, he said that human rights report which showed that the ratio of kidnapping for ransom, killings, sexual assaults against the women, and other severe kind of crimes is higher in Punjab than any other province of the country, which showed the false claims of the Punjab government about their good governance.Quoting the report, the Sindh information minister said that a total of 7,752 incidents of kidnappings were reported in the country in 2011, out of which 7,251 incidents of kidnappings occurred alone in Punjab. He said the ratio of crime against the women was increased to 16 per cent in Punjab than any other province. He advised the Sharif bothers to pay attention to maintain law and order situation, which is deteriorating in Punjab. He said that Sharif Brothers were involved in corruption, alleging that they had posted their favorite persons on important seats.Memon said that the Sharif brothers wanted to push country back to the era of 1990s. He said that Sharif brothers were involved in billions of rupees’ corruption. He alleged that they fake spray to kill dengue mosquito as all the money gone in their pockets, which led to deaths of hundreds of people in the Punjab province.Similarly, now the doctors’ strike in Punjab was a conspiracy of Sharif brothers and their bureaucracy, which also increased the difficulties of poor people of the province. He demanded lodging of FIR of murder cases against Shahbaz Sharif, who mismanaged the issue of doctors. MQM FLAYS ATTACK ON SECURITY FORCES CAMP: Muttahida Qaumi Movement coordination committee has strongly condemned the attack on the camp of security forces near River Chenab in Gujrat which resulted in the deaths of seven soldiers. Expressing grief and sorrow on the death of soldiers the committee termed it an attack on the national integrity. It said that the terrorists were working on a vicious conspiracy to make Pakistan unstable. The committee said that the sacrifices of the armed forces, security forces and the people would not remain unfruitful. The courage and determination of the security forces, fighting against terrorism could not be weakened by such dastardly attacks. It expressed sympathies to the bereaved family members of the personnel who lost their lives in the attack. It prayed Almighty Allah to rest the deceased soldiers in eternal peace. The co-ordination committee demanded President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Advisor on Interior Affairs Rehman Malik to take notice of the attack on the camp and bring the perpetrators to justice.
