KARACHI - The police in their ongoing drive against criminals, arrested 30 accused during the past 24 hours.A police statement said that those arrested included five absconders and two proclaimed offenders. It said that there was one encounter of the police with the alleged criminals and one gang of alleged criminals was busted during the period.In all, 17 pistols and one mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the accused. Cases have been registered.
