‘Govt keen to promote trade’

KARACHI – The present government under the vision of Benazir Bhutto and policies of President of Asif Ali Zardari fully intends to promote industrial sector in the country and maximum facilities and incentives are being provided to this essential sector.In his message on the occasion of ninth international exhibition titled “My Karachi, Oasis of Harmony’ being organised by KCCI from July 13-15, Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah appreciated the role of trade and business organisations particularly the KCCI and added that such exhibitions would promote trade and industry in the country. “Sindh government is making efforts to provide trade and industry a level playing field and investors-friendly environment to unleash the potential of trade and industry,” he added.Qaim Ali Shah further said that KCCI is the largest chamber of the Pakistan and it had acted as instrumental institute for redefining the commercial and business activities of Karachi. Shah said that the KCCI is truly steadfast to promote trade. and industry of Karachi in particular and Pakistan in general.
