One dies, several hurt as bus falls into Sarjani nullah

At least one person was killed while several others were injured as a passenger bus plunged into a nullah of Sarjani Town here in Karachi on Saturday morning.

According to police, the incident occurred when a passenger bus carrying at least 50 passengers plunged into nullah. According to the passengers, the incident occurred because of the negligence of the driver and conductor of the vehicle. At least one person was killed while several others were injured in the incident. After the incident, body of the deceased and the injured were rushed to different hospitals of the city. Bus driver and the conductor fled from the site soon after the incident while police started investigations of the incident.
