KARACHI-PPP’s senior leader Advocate Abdul Waheed Katpar, who served in the cabinet of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s elected govt, passed away here on Friday. Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has expressed his deep sorrows and grief on sad demise of senior PPP leader and former provincial Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs Abdul Waheed Katpar.

 who died today at Karachi. Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that Mr. Abdul Waheed Katpar had played vital role in spreading the programme of party under the leadership of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto during 70’s and
shared his prompt responsibilities as Provincial Law & Parliamentary Affairs Minister, while his role in Sindh Provincial Assembly was also effective.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah has prayed from Almighty Allah to depart his soul in eternal peace and give courage to bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, senior assistant Rashied Rabbani, special assistant Waqar Mehdi and political coordinator Siddique Abu Bhai have also condoled the demise of senior party leader Abdul Waheed Katpar.
