Petition filed against 423 Sindh police officers

KARACHI - A petition was filed against the 423 Sindh police officers allegedly involved in crimes in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry. It was revealed in the member inspection team’s report submitted in the SC Karachi Registry during hearing of Karachi law and order case that 423 Sindh police officers are involved in major crimes.

The petitioner has made plea that since the criminal police officers are still working at different posts, for which, the Sindh chief secretary and IG are responsible, action be taken against them, while the 423 police officers’ names be put on exit control list.
