KARACHI - Commissioner Roshan Ali Sheikh said on Sunday said that all the government departments would use mutual policies to fight against dengue.Presiding over a meeting on Sunday at his office, the commissioner said there was a dire need to hold public awareness programmes about the fatality of dengue and its prevention, keeping in view the increasing cases of dengue fever in the city. He said that this was a point of concern for all that 189 dengue fever cases had been registered in Karachi alone.The meeting was attended by Provincial Dengue Surveillance Cell focal person Dr Shakil Malik, Additional Commissioner East Muhammad Arif and health officials of public hospitals.
