KARACHI - Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has strongly condemned the blast in bus at Safari Park in the City that killed one people and injured 12 others.

The bus was carrying students of the Karachi University who were participating in the Jumat-ul-Qadus procession organised by the Shia organisations.

The CM said that such cruel and criminal activities could not be tolerated as such prompt and strict measures are to be adopted for the security of innocent people. The chief minister directed the IG Sindh Police to send him an immediate detailed report about the blast.
He further directed the police, rangers and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to start snap checking, patrolling to foil the unholy plan of anti-social elements, criminals and terrorists during Eid days.
The chief minister also directed police and Rangers to make coordinated efforts for combating the situation and such criminal activities be properly watched and monitored for eradication.
