KARACHI - Police have registered an FIR against twin blasts occurred in Hydri Market on Tuesday which claimed eight lives and more than two dozen injured. According to details, police lodged FIR 448/2012 under explosive act under section 302/34, 7, ATA ¾ on complaint of inspector Saleem Naz, who was the SHO of Shahrah-e-Noorjahan police station and suspended over negligence.
