The high court approved his bail for 10 days on surety of bond worth Rs1 million.
Earlier, a spokesperson of Musharraf has ruled out speculations that the party chief may defer his programme to return to Pakistan.
Musharraf is scheduled to fly from Dubai to Karachi on March 24 and after arrival he is also likely to visit Mazar-e-Quaid.
