Red warrants against Musharraf in pipeline: Malik

Reiterating his resolve to appease Baloch people, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik Monday said that issuance of Red Warrants against former dictator Pervez Musharraf was in pipeline.

“Steps are being taken to issue red warrants for Musharraf… We are committed to resolve the issue and appease our Baloch brethren,” Malik said while talking to newsmen here in Karachi.
He said “we should not indulge in blame game. Peace will be forged through talks and we will save Balochistan with the dialogue process.”
Malik assured that injustice to Baloch people would be compensated by the PPP-led government.
“Some 15000 Baloch youths are being employed by internship program,” Malik told reporters.
About firing incidents in Karachi, the minister claimed that all killings in the city were not targeted murders.
