KARACHI  - Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief, Altaf Hussain Sunday said that his party would participate in the upcoming general elections and field candidates from every single constituency in Punjab.Addressing via telephone a joint meeting of MQM's central executive and zonal committees in Lahore, and the Rabitta Committee, Altaf Hussain said MQM would continue its struggle for the formation of southern province in Punjab.The MQM chief also called on the committees to restructure the party according to values of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Earlier, Altaf Hussain demanded President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf to redress the deprivations and injustices to the people by fulfilling the demand of new province.
