KARACHI  - The Department of Mass Communication of the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) is organising a conference at the Arts Council of Pakistan here from today (May 29).An official of the institution said that the three-day moot would be held in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Awaz Institute of Media Sciences, Karachi Press Club and the PIA.The inaugural session on May 29 will be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor of FUUAST, Prof Dr M Qaiser, while Hameed Haroon will preside over. On May 31, the concluding session would be presided over by the Sindh Information Minister Shazia Marri. Senior journalists and faculty members as well as experts in various fields would express their views during different sessions.
