Chief Election Commissioner Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim on Thursday paid a visit to Hyderabad Colony. The Provincial Election Commissioner and soldiers of Pakistan Army accompanied the CEC on this occasion.

Talking to media persons here in Karachi, the Chef Election Commissioner said verification of voters was not an easy task but the commission is committed to complete it on the direction of Supreme Court.
He said that number of people and their National Identity Cards were also being checked during the process of voters verification.
Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim said it was his duty to supervise the voters verification work. He also participated in the door to door voters verification process.
It is worth mentioning here that the process of voters verification in Karachi is likely to be completed in next two days.
