JUI-F body to make important decisions for elections

PESHAWAR - In order to make various important decisions regarding the upcoming general elections, provincial Executive Council of JUI-F will meet on Friday (tomorrow).
JUI-F KPK Ameer, Sheikh Amanullah will preside over the meeting. Besides JUI-F KPK, Fata Executive Council, districts ameers and other office-bearers will also attend the meeting.
Talking to media persons JUI-F KPK Provincial Secretary Information, Abdul Jalil Jan, said that it would be a significant meeting in terms of holding various vital decisions regarding the upcoming general elections.
He informed that this meeting would last for three consecutive days and all office-bearers of JUI-F Fata, KPK, and district ameer of the party would attend it. The meeting, he said, would take place at the party provincial headquarters on Ring Road.
The JUI-F district ameers would table their reports to the council and after formal deliberations. The council will make certain decisions. The participants of the meeting would discuss and see different options. The decisions would be mainly on seat-to-seat adjustment with other political parties, in case the MMA was not restored.
Moreover, the meeting would also draw future line of action about the coming elections in and JUI-F priorities, restoration of MMA and in case, MMA was not restored what would be the JUI-F future strategy.
JUI-F, a main beneficiary of the MMA, would try its level best to revive the MMA at all costs, despite the fact that Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), another ally within the MMA, has strongly opposed the idea to go with JUI-F in future and preferred to have a solo flight in coming polls.
The JUI-F, a strong political force in southern districts of KPK, is fully active and in the near past many prominent political heavyweights have joined it and it is expected that JUI-F would emerge a big political forces in the southern districts in the upcoming elections.
