LAHORE – The Young Doctors Association (YDA) continuing its protest for the provision of service structure blocked the Jail Road for nearly two hours on Thursday.
The young doctors marched on the road and raised slogans against the Punjab government for not considering their legitimate demands of service structure. As the police had blocked one side of the Jail Road in anticipation of the protest, the traffic remained chocked on all the roads leading to Services Hospital.
YDA leaders on this occasion said that a major protest would be launched on November 7 in front of the Chief Minister’s House where hundreds of young doctors belonging to different districts of the province would join hands for their demands.
