The DCO expressed these views while chairing a meeting in connection with Polio drive. The meeting was attended by EDO (Health), DO (C) Waseema Umar, Assistant Commissioners, Administrators, Representatives of World Health Organisation (WHO) and UNICEF were also present on this occasion. DCO revealed that Motorway Police would also be taken on board on Anti- Polio drive, starting from 15 January.
He said that Police mobile teams would also move with Polio teams for their protection. The representatives of (WHO) David appreciated DCO Lahore and entire Polio teams of CDGL for carrying out outstanding performance in last years in Anti-Polio drives.
