LAHORE - The matriculation exams of Lahore Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education have started on Saturday.
According to a spokesman of Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, tight security arrangements have been made in the examination centres while section 144 has been imposed in the vicinity that would prohibit the candidates to carry mobile phones in the centres. Overall, no untoward incident was reported or no any notable complaints were received from any of the examination centre, which mostly conducted exams in peaceful atmosphere, he added.
