LAHORE – Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Liaqat Baloch has condemned silence of the rulers on the increasing drone attacks killing dozens of citizens. In a statement issued here Monday, he said that on one hand, the US had attacked the country’s independence and sovereignty while on the other hand, the rulers were keen to restore NATO supplies which demonstrated their cowards and shameless. However, he said that the Defense of Pakistan Council would foil the rulers’ plans to restore NATO supplies.
