The Punjab government refuted the accusation made on Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif that he was holding a dual nationality. The spokesman termed the allegations against the chief minister ridiculous and totally baseless adding, during exile in Musharraf era, Shahbaz Sharif travelled from Saudi Arabia to America on Pakistani passport for the treatment of his ailment. He said the SC had also declared in its verdict that the person who levelled this allegation never remained “Sadiq and Amin”.
