Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek expressed their strong reservations over the performance of Election Commission of Pakistan, and both the parties demanded to dissolve and form a new Election Commission to hold free and fair elections in the country.

Addressing a press conference after meeting with a delegation of PTI, Dr Qadri said that they want free and transparent polls in the country. He added that for free and fair polls reformation of the Election Commission was necessary.
PTI leader Javed Hashmi on the occasion said that plotting being made to lift the upcoming elections.
