In a statement issued on Saturday, he criticised the West and said it did not have the capacity to deal with the problems being faced by the world. Baloch regretted that the West enacted laws for the protection of animals but disregarded Muslims, and kept mum over the burning of the Holy Quran and production of anti-Islam movies.
“The massacre of thousands of innocent Muslims in Palestine, Indonesia, Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as Shia-Sunni conflicts, are the gifts of western countries and the US,” Baloch held. He said the anti-Muslim policies of Western countries, particularly the US, had proved that they were hatching conspiracies to plunder the wealth and resources of the Muslim countries.
Also, the Shaan-e-Mustafa Rally against the anti-Islam movie will to be organised by the Jamaat-e-Islami at the Campus Bridge on Sunday (today). Women will also take part in the rally, during which the protesters will express their respect for the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Liaqat Baloch, Ameer-ul-Azim, Rukhsana Jabeen, Aysha Munawar, Sakeena Shahid and Aysha Syed will address the rally.
