LAHO RE - Senior central leader of PML-Q Ch Pervaiz Elahi Sunday said that PML-N leadership instead of giving long march threats should inform the people what it has done to eradicate price hike and unemployment in the province. Addressing a meeting of the PML-Q Okara chapter at Muslim League House, Ch Pervaiz said Nawaz Sharif instead of educating others should first concentrate on reforming his younger brother. He said PML-N should quit its policy of furthering personal interests at the expense of the poor people, as the people were now desperately looking for improvement in their lives, while the recent increase in prices of diesel, fertilizers and pesticides has broken the farmers back. PML-Q senior leader observed that PML-N could not deceive the people of Punjab with its false claims of good performance. He lauded the party leaders and workers who stood firm against the Punjab governments vindictive policies and called them the partys 'true asset. Ch Pervaiz urged the participants to employ all their abilities for further strengthening the party roots among the masses. The participants reaffirmed their unflinching confidence in the leadership of Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Pervaiz Elahi and pledged to continue working under their leadership and guidance. The meeting ended with a condolence prayer for the late former senior federal minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal.
