LHC moved against Dr. Asim over dual nationality

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved against Advisor to Prime Minister on Petroleum and Natural Resources Dr. Asim Hussain on the basis of dual citizenship.

According to a private TV channel, the petition filed by Naushab A. Khan states that Dr. Asim has US citizenship; hence he should be removed from his office of advisor and should be forbidden to function until the verdict is delivered over the petition.
The LHC has been requested to draw back all the salaries and privileges from the advisor on the basis of charge regarding the dual nationality.
