The Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday suspended the petroleum levy on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and issued notice to the Ministry of Petroleum, federation and the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) for February 28.

Earlier, the OGRA had imposed the petroleum levy on LPG last year but the decision was suspended by the Lahore High Court.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 28.
