Nine more dengue positive

LAHORE - Dengue continues to haunt the residents as nine more were tested positive for the deadly virus at different healthcare centres in the City on Tuesday, taking the overall tally till today to 85.

Out of nine new patients, two were tested positive at Lahore General Hospital while remaining were reported from Mayo Hospital.
Sanam Siddique (18), a resident of Yohanabad, and Anam Amin (15) of Defense were tested positive for dengue at LGH.
CAMPAIGN: The Wapda Town Government Degree College organised a dengue awareness seminar. MNA Afzal Khokhar was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr Aftab Mohsin of Services Hospital gave special lecture. He highlighted the causes and preventions from this viral disease.
