LAHORE – A civil judge issued on Saturday decree in favour of Kafaya Ullah, sole proprietor of M/S Fazil Sons, for recovery of $100,000 on account of services provided by him as representative of the defendants Great Wall Drilling Company.
The plaintiff had filed a case for recovery of $121,7698 on account of services provided by him as business agent in Pakistan, and for damages and permanent injunction.
