LAHO RE - A Banking Court on Wednesday directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) authorities to submit complete challan of Moonis Elahi and his Manager Muhammad Malik on March 31. As per details, Moonis was nominated in the case on a statement of Malik. According to the FIA report, Malik had stated that he opened an account on Mooniss directives, and an amount of Rs 220 million was transferred to the account. Later Malik changed his statement also. On Wednesday, Moonis Elahi appeared before the court and submitted the document of his pre-arrest bail granted him by the Lahore High Court. The court directed the investigation team of FIA to submit the complete challan against the both abovementioned accused on the next date. Meanwhile, Moonis Elahi on Wednesday also appeared before the FIA at its office and submitted his reply against the FIA questionnaire. 4 cops suspended: SSP Investigation Abdul Razzaq Cheema on Wednesday paid surprise visit to police station Sattokatla. According to a police spokesman, the SSP suspended Sub-Inspector Muhammad Azam, M Arif, Head Constable M Nawaz and Constable M Mehrban on the charge of illegal confinement of an accused namely Matloob Hussain with immediate effect.
