LAHORE - The PML-Q has submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly on Wednesday demanding district status for Murree.  Chaudhary Zaheer-ud-Din, PML-Q parliamentary leader in the Assembly forwarded a request for upgrading Murree from a tehsil of Rawalpindi to district status. He said the people of Murree were facing problems and this was the only solution.
