The Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said that restoration of Nato supplies without US apology over the killing of Pakistani forces in Mohmand Agency, would be selling of national sovereignty for $Rs365 million. Talking to media persons at Lahore Airport before leaving for UK on three-day visit, Imran Khan said future course of action of PTI on the subject will be decided once government restores NATO supply line. Imran Khan said that US is still adamant and not offering apology over the tragic incident in Mohmand Agency when Nato forces killed 24 Pakistan soldiers while the government is planning to restore the Nato supplies, adding that such a move of the government would be selling of sovereignty for few dollars. The PTI chairman said that Rs 66,000 per minute are being wasted on each member of the parliament while government doesn’t bother to consider their recommendations before resumption of NATO supply line into Afghanistan. Slamming government’s move, he said parliament only comes into action when chief justice unveils their corruption. Referring to the coming general elections, Imran khan said he doesn’t expect independent election commission under the current government. However, his party is still determined to defeat the corrupt regime. Reports say that PTI chief has gone to UK to raise funds and donations.
