LAHORE – Punjab Highways Patrol (PHP) claimed to have recovered drugs and illegal firearms, besides arresting four drivers for rash and negligent driving, on Sunday.
According to details, PHP Sikanderabad, Multan, recovered 200 grams charas and liquor from Allah Bachaya and Muhammad Aslam. PHP Vehari recovered liquor from Irfan-ul-Haq and Muhammad Iqbal.
Similarly, PHP 62/WB Vehari apprehended two drunkard men namely Riaz Hussain and Nazir Ahmed of Vehari. PHP Sakhi Sarwar, Dera Ghazi Khan, recovered four bottles of liquor from Akhtar Ali. PHP Ferozewala, Gujranwala, recovered a pistol from Muhammad Sufiyan and PHP Chak Jodh, Sargodha, recovered a pistol from Muhammad Imran. Similarly, four motorists were held on charges of negligent and rash driving.
