Laho re High Court Tuesday issued notice to the government over a petition pleading for reopening of the case about handing over of Aimal Kansi to United States. Aimal Kansi, a native of Quetta, was given death sentence in United States. A division bench of LHC summoned the Attorney General and Advocate General Punjab over a petition filed by Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffery, which said that Aimal Kansi was illegally handed over to United States for cash during the Nawaz Sharif government.
