Only PML-N can bring real change: Nawaz

PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif said manifesto of his party is harbinger of real change in country adding that the government of his party has fulfilled all promises made to the nation.

While addressing electoral candidates in Lahore on Friday, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said that he had vowed to declare the unconstitutional steps of ex-president Pervez Musharraf null and void and he got his promises kept in their true spirits.
While criticizing his political rivals, he said that they are unconscious of the real problems faced by the national and precautionary measures to tackle these problems.
He said that the other political leaders have nothing but hollow slogans which have nothing to do with the practical dimension of the challenges faced by the people.
Criticizing former president, he said that Musharraf was a shortsighted leader who surrendered before the then US leadership on just a single telephone call while setting aside national interests.
“History records that when his party came to power in past, they introduced revolutionary projects for agricultural and industrial progress”, said PML-N chief, adding that if the nation gives them an opportunity in the forthcoming elections, they would link Karachi with the Motorway.
Nawaz Sharif announced construction of Lahore-Karachi motorway on priority basis if returned to power.
He said we will also give Karachi an underground mass transit system.
Nawaz said that his party would not only turn Pakistan into an Asian tiger, PML-N would try its level best to rid the country of all issues, including terrorism and unemployment.
The former two-time premier said those who are talking about change are not even aware of its meaning.
Later, he took oath from party candidates for the upcoming general elections.
