CPSP workshop on education

LAHORE – College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSP) Regional Director Prof Khalid Masood Gondal has said training courses help improve skills of health care providers.
Speaking at the concluding ceremony of a workshop titled “Educational Planning and Evaluation (EPEV)” on Saturday, he said the CPSP convocation and a joint scientific conference of the CPSP and the BCPS helped share experiences of doctors from different regions and countries besides enhancing educational standing of fellows.
Gondal said the CPSP has earned good name throughout the world due to selfless and sincere efforts of its President Prof Zafarullah Chaudhry. He said that the demand of CPSP-trained doctors had increased in Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Britain and other developed countries. He said the Pakistani doctors were being hired on equal remuneration as offered to Europeans.
Brig Zubair Ahmad said that the degree of CPSP had good recognition throughout the world due to efforts of faculty and dedication and hard work of fellows.  As many as 60 supervisors attended the workshop. The participants thanked the CPSP administration for organising such workshops which were beneficial for doctors.
