LAHORE – Famous researcher, poet and writer Dr Maqbool Elahi passed away on Saturday and was buried in a graveyard of Islamabad. He is survived by three sons and one daughter.
Dr Maqbool was born on December 15, 1915, in Pasrur. He did his master’s in Arabic and History and served in the Income Tax Department before retiring as a member of the Board of Revenue.
