PML-Q MPAs on Saturday submitted an adjournment motion in the Punjab Assembly Secretariat regarding shifting of Rs5 billion development funds allocated to 52 schemes in five districts to the Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS). MPAs Amir Sultan Cheema and Seemal Kamran submitted the adjournment motion, maintaining that shifting funds of uplift schemes to the BRTS would be a grave injustice to the masses.
