Motorcyclists kill newly-wed teen

LAHORE – Unidentified motorcyclists shot dead a newly-wed girl in Nolakha area and fled away, police said on Monday.
Resident of Shadbagh, Naveed Abbas riding on a motorcycle along with his sister, later identified as Tahira Jabeen, 18, was on his way home when two gunmen intercepted them in Nolakha area. The motorcyclists opened straight fire on the girl and fled away.
Tahira, who contracted marriage just three months ago, sustained multiple bullet injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
The police have removed the body to the morgue for an autopsy and are investigating with no arrest made so far. Police investigators believed that personal grudge could be the motives behind the gruesome killings.
FOUND DEAD: At least four people were recovered dead under mysterious from different parts of the City on Monday.  Police said that they recovered four dead bodies of men, aged 30 to 35, from Yateem Khan Chowk, Peco Road Liaqatabad, Paan Mandi New Anarkali and Choburgi in Lytton Road police precincts.
The identity of the all the four men, said to be baggers and drug addicts, was ye to be ascertained. The police have removed the dead bodies to the morgue for an autopsy. Further investigations are underway.
