LAHO RE The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited on Thursday elected 13 new directors in an extraordinary general meeting held at the company head office. SNGPL Chairman Mian Misbaur Rehman, Managing Director Arif Hameed, Secretary Uzma Adil Khan and retired and newly-elected directors attended the meeting. According to a statement in this regard, the new directors have been elected for three years period, commencing from June 26. The new directors are: Mian Misbahur Rehman, Shabir Ahmed, Gul Muhammad Rind, Azam Khan, Arif Habib, Azeem Iqbal Siddiqui, Ahmed Aqeel, Wazir Ali Kahoja, Mian Raza Mansha, Abdul Sammad Daood, Khalid Mansoor, Mirza Mahmood Ahmed, Nisar Ahmed and Shahid Aziz Siddiqui. Saeedullah Shah and Tariq Iqbal Khan withdrew their nomination papers. The Board of Directors has also approved cash dividend of Rs 2 per cent share for the year ending June 30.
