PML-N President Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that the enduring peace in the region could only be ensured by fulfilling wishes and desires of the people of Kashmir.

During a meeting with Chairman of occupied Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference Professor Abdul Ghani Butt here on Wednesday, Nawaz Sharif said that people of Kashmir should have all the right to enjoy political, economic and social privileges in the same manner as other citizens of independent states do. He said that Kashmiris should also have a right to live their lives independently without any constraints.
Professor Abdul Ghani Bhat on the occasion said that the Kashmir issue can be resolved by following the steps taken by the government of Nawaz Sharif on the issue.
