Overseas journalists call on IGP

LAHORE – A nine-member delegation of Overseas Pakistanis Journalists met the Inspector General of Police Punjab at the Punjab Police Headquarters on Tuesday.
The President Lahore Press Club led the delegation. The delegates informed the IGP regarding the problems being faced by them relating to help desk established for Overseas Pakistanis in Police Department and the media should be given representation in these desks. The delegation also told the PPO that Overseas Journalists will give hundred thousand rupees cash award to each family of district Gujrat Police Shuhda.
