Traffic police issue 1,624 learner permits

LAHORE The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) SSP Syed Ahmed Mobin has finally said that the candidate should be the resident of Lahore if he wants to get a traffic license of the provincial capital.
He said four learner booths have been established at CTO Office on Outfall Road, Traffic Wardens Lines at Thokar Niaz Baig, Liberty Parking Area and the fourth booth is located in North Cantonment area near Saddar Roundabout. The CTO said the citizens can approach and obtain learner without any discrimination from these booths.
Moreover, he claimed over 1,624 learner permits were issued during the month of May so far to the citizens especially youths who are interested to get new license.
