Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday said Punjab government has let loose terrorists in the province and an election alliance is being forged with them.
Imran Khan said the PML-N government in the Punjab is using Police for political vendetta instead of disposition of justice and maintenance of law and order in the province.
Imran Khan said those who used Police officials are responsible for the disruption the party elections.
He said that after two days party elections will take place in Islamabad instead of Punjab to avoid any action by Punjab police.
He also alleged that recruitments were made in Punjab Police without following merit. He said that Sharif brothers are pursuing politics of inheritance. He said we are determined to end the politics of inheritance.
Meanwhile, talking to media persons, Imran Khan has condemned Sharif brothers for sabotaging his party elections in Rawalpindi through police.
Khan said the Punjab police, instead of apprehending terrorists, are sealing PTI’s polling stations. “Terrorists are roaming free in Punjab,” he said. “It is an illegal step to seal the polling station of a political party. We will approach the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on this issue.”
The PTI chief said that his party would also go to the Supreme Court if required. He accused Nawaz Sharif of hiring criminals in the police department. Sharif brothers, he said, are victimizing the PTI.
Khan said that politicians hungry of rule making electoral alliance.
He announced that his party would hold intra-party polls in Rawalpindi on Friday.
