RE - Senior Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab, Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa said that tribal area development programme has been approved at a cost of Rs.3380.940 million for community and social development in the areas.
Presiding over a meeting of the committee constituted for improvement and completion of water supply scheme Fort Monroe Dera Ghazi Khan on Monday, Khosa said that in order to improve the means of transportation, the road network was being improved in far-flung areas so that masses might get ample opportunity of economic development.
He informed committee members that Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif had constituted the committee for improvement and completion of Water Supply Scheme Fort Monroe Dera Ghazi Khan which remained suspended for the last two years. Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa is the Chairman of this committee while Sardar Muh-ammad Mohsin Khan Leghari MPA, Sardar Fateh Muha-mmad Khan Buzdar MPA, Chairman P&D, Secretary HUD&PHE and Commission-er DG Khan are its members.
