Youth Parliament, an NGO run by renowned singer Ibrar-ul-Haq, has demanded of the government and all major political parties to implement the Youth Charter of Demand for mainstreaming human rights education and democratic citizenship; and assure that all the demands are meaningfully incorporated in manifestos of the political parties and other policy papers at the government level.
