LAHORE (PR) – Punjab Health Secretary Capt Arif Nadeem visited the provincial center of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) on Thursday.

Prof Khalid Masood Gondal briefed the Secretary about the role and performance of CPSP in providing the healthcare facilities to the masses. He commended the leadership of CPSP President Prof Zafar Ullah Chaudhry, under which the CPSP rendered meritorious services within the country and abroad. He said the performance of trainee doctors could be monitored through e-log monitoring system which was appreciable.
He further said besides developed countries, other countries of the region had contacted the CPSP for the implementation of e-log system in their own training systems. He said the demand of CPSP’s fellows had increased to a great extent and the degree of CPSP was highly appreciated.
On this occasion Prof Muhammad Amjad, Controller of Examinations, Prof Rakhshanda Rehman, Councilor CPSP, Prof Asif Naqvi, Col Iffat Batool, Col Anjum Aanwar Qadri, Prof Hamid Mahmood Butt were present besides a large number of senior professors.
