This is with reference to the FIR 291/12 at the Saddar police station, Hafizabad. The chief minister and Punjab government claim transparency and honesty in the police department. I would like to inform the IG Punjab and the DPO Hafizabad that I lodged an FIR a month ago and yet no action has been taken and now the sub-inspector demands Rs 10,000 for further case advancement. Where is the law and order regulation in effect here? Where is the Khadim-i-Aala?
