The Minister for Water and Power Mr Ahmed Mukhtar has stated in a TV programme that corruption in PIA has become incurable. After hearing this statement, one feels that either the government has become helpless or the ‘mafias’ have developed into a monster.

As a retired employee of PIA where I served for 35 years as part of a flying crew, subjected to financial murder during my service, engineered by the so-called think tanks and masterminds of the airline, I could not get my claims during service and even after retirement. I simply pray to God that he gives me the tolerance to bear this loss and help Pakistan revive from its corrupt administration.
