GUJRANWALA - The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala announced the result of Intermediate Supplementary examinations 2011.
According to detail, as many as 28,618 candidates took in the examination of which only 9,352 were declared pass with an overall percentage of 32.68 percent. The BISE also instituted unfair means cases against 19 out of which 11 were disposed off while eight are being processed. 
MAN GETS DEATH: Additional District and Sessions Judge Rai Muhammad Nawaz sentenced a man to death for killing his neighbour and injuring another in a dispute over Rs1,000.
As per detail, Makhdoom along with his two accomplices Shahbaz and Saeed shot dead Khalid and injured a passerby Khalid Shahzad over a paltry sum of Rs1,000. The court also handed down five-year jail term with Rs5,000 to the accused for attempting murder.
